INTER SCHOOL MINI MARATHON with the theme “RUN FOR FIT INDIA” - 2019
Karunya Christian School organized INTER SCHOOL MINI MARATHON with the theme “RUN FOR FIT INDIA” on 16th November 2019 at 6.00AM for both boys and girls. It also focused on to create an awareness on “Clean India” by “Plogging” which was organized to happen at the same time as that of the marathon race. Totally 500 students from around 12 schools participated in this event.
Mr.Mohamed Nizammuddin , Former Asian Medalist & National Athletic Coach inaugurated the race. He addressed the gathering and distributed Certificates, Medals and Cash prizes to the winners.
Dr.R.Elijah Blessing, Correspondent of the school and Registrar of Karunya Institute of Technology. Presided over the function and delivered the presidential address.
Mrs.Jayis Mathew Sajan , Principal of Karunya Christian School welcomed the august gathering and her presence, cheered & motivated the crowd till the end.
The event ended up successfully by the grace of God.
